Drum Tumbler Machines

For automatically Batchwise all-side shotblasting of tumbleable workpieces, for shotblasting of castings, forgings and pressings, further for shot-peening of springs, by turbine shotblast wheel technology.

The inside lining of the blast area is made of manganese steel. The drum belt is made of rubber or metal plates.

The parts are handled from a box into the drum by a hydraulic loader and be tumbled during the shotblast process. After blasting finished, the parts fall on a belt or vibration conveyor, which carry them to a box.
