Shotblasting of workpieces and charges.

Procedure:

The workpieces (max. diameter 1500mm, max. high 1600mm) will be fixed at the transport hanger beyond the cabinet and will be guided through the blasting area of two shotblasting wheels in a simultaneous rotation and oscillation movement.

Characteristic of construction:

The shotblasting cabinet is made out of wear resistant manganese steel. The double door design makes the monorail shot blast machine more compact. The complete mounting space is 5100m in the length and 3600mm in the width and the max. bucket elevator height is 4500mm.

Due to the compact construction method – the dust unit is integrated in the back of the shotblasting machine – so the erection can be reduced to only a few hours.
